All transactions are processed by Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.), a licensed payment institution registered with the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. Your card details are entered on the operator's encrypted page — they never reach our database.

We do not charge any additional fees for choosing a particular payment method — you only pay the amount for the products you ordered.

Important information

Order processing time

We dispatch orders as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed. Parcels typically reach customers within 1–3 business days of dispatch. We guarantee that the maximum delivery time will not exceed 30 days from the date of purchase.

Delivery area

We currently fulfil orders within the territory of Poland only. We do not ship products outside of Poland.

Pickup from parcel locker & Orlen point

Your parcel waits for pickup for 48 hours at the chosen InPost parcel locker or Orlen Paczka point. After that time, the shipment is returned to the sender. You will receive an SMS and email with a pickup code and the point's location.

Courier delivery pickup

We recommend checking the condition of the parcel upon receipt in the presence of the courier. If the packaging is damaged or security seals have been broken, you should draw up a damage report together with the courier and contact us immediately.

Unclaimed shipment

If you are not present at delivery, the courier will leave a notice or make another delivery attempt. Shipments not collected within the deadline are returned to us — we will contact you to arrange a re-dispatch.

Data required to process payments is passed to the Przelewy24 operator solely for the purpose of handling the transaction. Our store does not retain sensitive payment data — all information is entered directly on Przelewy24's secure page.
