After your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also contact us with your order number and we'll check the status for you.

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible by email at kontakt@trichovita.pl or by phone — we'll do our best to make changes or cancel the order. Once the package has been dispatched, changes are no longer possible, but you can exercise your right of return after receiving it.

Yes — from time to time we offer discount codes, for example during special promotions or for newsletter subscribers. You can enter the discount code in the cart at checkout, and the discount will be applied automatically.

We have simple 3-tier flat pricing: InPost Parcel Locker costs 8.99 PLN (cheapest), other pickup points (Orlen, DPD Pickup, DHL POP): 10.99 PLN, and door-to-door courier (InPost, DPD, or DHL): 12.99 PLN. Orders over 200 PLN qualify for free shipping, regardless of the delivery method. The current cost is shown in the cart summary.

Payments are processed through the trusted Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.) gateway, a licensed payment institution registered with the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. Available methods include: • BLIK: quick payment with a 6-digit code from your banking app, • instant bank transfer: immediate transfer from your bank, • credit/debit card: Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge any additional fees for any payment method.
