The jury picks the best reviews
After the contest ends, the jury — the Trichovita team together with Marta Szejnoga — anonymously picks the three most helpful reviews. What counts is substance and honesty, not the star rating.

Anonymous judging
Entries are judged by a jury made up of the Trichovita team together with trichologist Marta Szejnoga. Judging is fully anonymous — the jury doesn't know the author's first name, surname or email; it sees only the review content, rating and hair profile. We learn the winners' identities only after the best reviews are chosen, and contact them directly by email.

“Best Review” Contest Rules
The Polish version of these rules is binding; this translation is for information only.
§ 1. Organizer and general provisions
The organizer of the “Best Review” contest (the “Contest”) is TRICHOVITA Sp. z o.o., Os. Stefana Batorego 79/U4, 60-687 Poznań, Poland, NIP 7792234940, KRS 0000223026 (the “Organizer”). The Contest is run at www.trichovita.pl. Prizes are awarded based on the jury's merit-based assessment — the Contest is not a lottery or game of chance within the meaning of the Polish Gambling Act of 19 November 2009, and its outcome does not depend on chance.
§ 2. Duration
The Contest runs from July 3, 2026 to July 22, 2026, until 23:59 Polish time. By a decision of the Organizer of 19 July 2026, the Contest has been extended: the original end date (19 July 2026) was moved to July 22, 2026. The change only widens the review submission window, works solely in favor of participants and does not affect the acquired rights of participants (§ 9). A review enters the Contest based on the date it is submitted through the form. Reviews submitted within this period that pass the shop's standard moderation take part in the Contest even if published after it ends.
§ 3. Eligibility
The Contest is open to adults who: (a) bought at least one Colostrum Active product (serum, mask or set) at www.trichovita.pl, and (b) during the Contest submitted a review of the purchased product through the review form with purchase verification (the email address from the order). No additional sign-up is required. One person may review different products but may receive only one prize. Reviews added before the Contest started do not exclude participation: a participant who reviewed a product earlier may submit a new review during the Contest (within the Contest window, the limit of one review per qualifying order applies afresh). Employees and regular contractors of the Organizer and their immediate families may not participate.
§ 4. Selection of winners
Winning reviews are selected by the jury: the Trichovita team together with Marta Szejnoga — trichologist and co-founder of Trichovita. The jury assesses reviews anonymously, without access to the author's first name, surname or email — based solely on content. Criteria: reliability and detail of the description of product use, the care context (concern, course, observed effects) and how helpful the review is to others with a similar concern. Neither the star rating nor the sentiment (positive or critical) is a criterion — an honest, helpful critical review can also win.
§ 5. Prizes
There are three prizes: 1st place — a personal trichology consultation with Marta Szejnoga, winner's choice: online or in person in Poznań; 2nd place — the Colostrum Active Set (serum + mask); 3rd place — a Colostrum Active serum or mask, winner's choice. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
§ 6. Results and prize delivery
The jury will select the winners within 14 days of the Contest's end. Winners will be notified individually by email, to the address used for purchase verification. Receiving a prize requires replying to that message within 14 days and — for 1st and 3rd place — choosing the preferred form of the prize. No reply within that period means forfeiting the prize; the jury may then award it to the author of the next highest-rated review. Physical prizes are shipped at the Organizer's cost to an address in Poland; the consultation date is arranged individually with the winner.
§ 7. Personal data
The Organizer is the controller of participants' personal data. Data related to the review (content, rating, the first name provided, and the email address linked to the order) is processed — beyond the purposes described when adding a review — also to run the Contest: selecting winners, contacting them and delivering prizes (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest of organizing the Contest), and to fulfil tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). The jury's assessment takes place without access to data identifying the author. Every participant has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of and object to the processing of their data. Details: www.trichovita.pl/polityka-prywatnosci.
§ 8. Complaints
Complaints about the Contest may be submitted by email to kontakt@trichovita.pl within 14 days of the winners being notified, with a short description of the objection. The Organizer will consider the complaint and reply to the address it was sent from within 14 days of receiving it.
§ 9. Final provisions
The rules are available on this page throughout the Contest and after it ends. Participation is voluntary and means acceptance of the rules. The Organizer may amend the rules for important organizational or legal reasons, provided this does not infringe participants' acquired rights. Polish law applies to matters not covered here.
